About the Course

ServSafe® Food Protection Manager (Level Two) Certification Classes - Participants will be educated and trained in effective food safety practices for preventing food borne illness. Upon successful completion of this program and exam, each participant will be certified as a Level Two ServSafe® Food Protection Manager. This certification in food safety is recognized at national, state, and local levels.

Dates: November 14 and 15, 2023

• Day 1: Registration 7:00 AM-7:30 AM, Class begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. A 30-minute lunch will be served at 11:30 AM. Breaks will be given throughout the day for stretching, restroom, and checking/returning messages.

• Day 2: Class begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. A 30-minute lunch will be served at 11:30 AM. The 2-hour test will begin no later than 2:00 PM. Breaks will be given throughout the day for stretching, restroom, and checking/returning messages.

• Class size: minimum 4 students, maximum 30 students. If less than 4 students register for a class, the instructor reserves the right to reschedule the class. If this should happen, you will be notified in advance. Your registration and payment will automatically be rolled over to the next available class.

Preparation:

• Participant must bring a valid photo ID with signature to class both days. Examples of approved IDs include but are not limited to driver’s license, state ID, student ID, military ID, employee ID (if signature is present), green card, or passport.

• Please bring a pencil and pen to class both days.

• Arrive early and use the restroom beforehand so that there are limited interruptions once class begins.

• Beverages with a lid that completely seal are permitted. This is to prevent stains in the event the beverage is knocked over. No red beverages allowed. No cups with straws or lids with open style drink holes (must be able to close the lid/hole completely). Please close all beverages when not in use.
